Built from the inside out

Apex Hospitality was founded by Matt Wagstaff after 16 years working across every part of the hospitality operation. That experience spans front of house assistance right through to general management, including opening and running a new £4M visitor centre and restaurant.

The business exists because of everything those years taught. When you work with Apex Hospitality, you get the benefit of that experience without having to earn it the hard way yourself.

I don’t come in looking for what’s broken. I come in with the experience of many similar businesses behind me, the wins and the failures, and I use all of that to help you build something excellent.

A partner, not a troubleshooter

Apex Hospitality isn’t about pointing out problems. It’s about understanding where a business wants to get to and building systems, processes and confidence to get there. That might mean a one off project, a short burst of focused work, or an ongoing arrangement - whatever fits the venue and goal.
